Sometimes things do not go as planned. There is limited space for pets in an airplane and it could be hard to get a spot for your pet on the same flight as you, especially during the peak season.
Courier delivery service is the best service for your pet. Our professional attendant will fly with your pet directly between the continental US and Japan instead of the long duration of a cargo flight.
We know a pet is part of the family and we know how much you care about them. We know you want their relocation to be as comfortable as it can be.

Pet sizes restrict what pets can fly in the cabin and which pets must be transported as a special check-in luggage. Those that cannot remain in the cabin are placed in a safe and air conditioned cargo space below the aircraft.

Truthfully, pets travel better this way as it is less commotion and stress. Your pet can just simply rest in a darkened environment with less need to worry about their comfort.

For pets and crates with a total weight under 99 lbs, we can accommodate a crate size up to GIANT (48"x32"x35").

Aark Transfur will not be responsible to compensate or reimburse when airline and airport authority driven changes occur such as unforeseen flight cancellations, flight rescheduling, and unexpected air carrier modifications. These may occur at the last minute. We will do our best to adapt should these changes occur and will assist to reschedule where needed and possible.
