We were devastated to find out that our dog could not fly with us on the military flight. We were so lucky to have found Aark Transfur and decided to use their services for the relocation of our dog. They managed all the paperwork and communications with the Japanese authorities. Aark Transfur took care of the health certificate with the vet and getting everything squared away with the Japanese Animal Quarantine Service. They went above and beyond in communicating and handing a service out of the norm when the vet found a heart problem with our dog at one of the vet visits. Their communication skills are phenomenal! With our interracial situation and dual language needs, their Japanese and English fluency is a great addition to their services. My wife and I could understand every situation clearly as it was given in both Japanese and English.
